Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with a strong background in helpdesk ticketing systems and end-user support. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Azure cloud services, networking fundamentals, storage solutions, and Microsoft 365. Your role will involve addressing technical issues, managing support tickets, and providing exceptional service to our end users. If you are passionate about technology and customer support, we would love to hear from you.

Remote Office time: 9pm-6pm (PH time)

Requirements

  • Personal Computer: i7 processor, 16 GB RAM and 500 GB SSD Storage
  • Stable Internet Connection
  • Certified Azure Admin, MCITP, and other certifications are beneficial.

Contract duration of more than 6 months.
