We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to help support users of an interactive technology product used in bars and entertainment venues worldwide.
This role combines live chat-based customer support, light technical troubleshooting, and customer engagement. You'll communicate with customers via chat, help resolve issues, and ensure every interaction is fast, clear, and helpful.
