iOS & Android Mission – Filters Update and Store Submission. react Native,

Hello,I am looking for an mobile developer to work on a mobile application that is already live in production on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Context:

The application currently includes three main filters:

Men

Women

Friends

The existing backend logic is as follows:

If ` = female` → fetch male profiles

If ` = male` → fetch female profiles

Mission objectives:

• Replace the "Men / Women" filters with a single "Recommended" filter, while strictly preserving the existing business logic (no algorithm refactoring required).
• Add an "Explore" filter displaying a global feed (all genders, no gender condition applied).
• Keep the "Friends" filter unchanged.

This update must be implemented consistently on both iOS and Android versions of the application.

Scope of work:

UI adaptation (tabs / navigation adjustments if needed) on both platforms

Verification and adjustment of API calls related to filters

Minor refactoring if current naming is hardcoded

Full functional testing (iOS & Android)

Build and preparation for submission via App Store Connect and Google Play Console

This is not a full rebuild but a targeted evolution of the existing filter system.
