Full Stack Development Agency Needed – Recruitment Operations MVP

We are seeking an experienced full-stack development agency (offshore preferred, India welcome) to build a cost-effective Recruitment Operations MVP for a healthcare recruitment firm.

About Us

Syncare International is a U.S.-based healthcare recruitment company placing nurses with U.S. employers. We are building a centralized system to replace spreadsheets and manual tracking.

We are not building a complex enterprise ATS at this stage. We need a stable, secure, upgradeable foundation.

FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT DELIVERABLES

The selected agency must deliver:

• UX wireframes (low fidelity acceptable)
• Fully functional web application
• Backend API
• PostgreSQL database schema
• Secure document storage integration
• Rolebased access control system
• Deployment in clientowned AWS account
• Staging + Production environments
• API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Basic test coverage
• Source code in client GitHub repository

FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT SKILLS REQUIRED

• SaaS web application architecture
• REST API development
• Rolebased access control (RBAC)
• Secure document handling
• Database design (relational)
• Cloud deployment (AWS preferred)
• CI/CD setup
• Authentication systems (JWT/sessionbased)
• Responsive frontend development
• Secure coding practices
• Experience in ATS, HR tech, workflow systems, or documentheavy platforms is highly preferred.

PROJECT TIMELINE

Expected delivery: 12–16 weeks.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
