Excel Data Specialist/Power Query Developer

We are a nonprofit organization seeking an experienced Excel Power Query specialist to build an automated data cleaning and transformation system.

Our goal is to create an Excel template where subgrantees can paste raw export data and click Refresh to get clean standardized output.

Key requirements:

Strong experience with Excel Power Query (Get & Transform)

Ability to build reusable and protected templates

Experience with Fuzzy Matching and mapping tables

Experience with building automated data transformation logic

Ability to deliver a solution with minimal end-user effort

Good communication and documentation skills

Deliverables:

Excel workbook with:

Raw paste area

Automated Power Query logic

Mapping & transformation tables

Clean output and error log sheets

Protected/unlocked cells

One-button Refresh interface

Documentation on use and maintenance

Optional macro to run Refresh automatically

Preferred skills:

VBA/Macros

Power BI experience

Data validation expertise

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
