ETL engineer to pull options flow and level 2/3 stock trading data

Looking for a Lead Data Engineer to set up ETL for options flow, level 2, level 3, order flow data.

Our platform combines:

• Options flow intelligence
• Historical equities & futures data
• AIdriven quantitative analysis
• Vector database–powered semantic querying
• Backtesting & strategy simulation

Your Role

You will own our data layer.

This includes:

• Designing and maintaining ETL pipelines for options flow, equities, and futures data
• Managing highvolume timeseries data ingestion
• Owning the data sync service (realtime + historical backfill)
• Optimizing storage architecture for performance + scale
• Supporting AI/quant features through structured and vectorized datasets
• Building internal reporting systems
• Developing APIs that serve analytics to our frontend and AI engine

Must Have:

• Strong ETL experience with financial market data
• Deep understanding of options chains and derivatives
• Experience handling timeseries datasets at scale
• Experience implementing vector databases
• Handson experience building AIpowered quantitative systems
• Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, async processing)

Highly Preferred:

• Experience with options flow vendors
• Familiarity with Greeks (delta, gamma, vega, etc.)
• Experience with backtesting engines
• Knowledge of market microstructure
• Experience working with trading platforms or hedge funds

Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
