Develop all the front end flows of an all using React Native

We need a developer that can build a mobile app using react native based in the following Figma File:

We need that respect 100% percent the design developed and to apply the pixel perfect philosophy. The idea is that the app has and extremely visual impact so we want sober animations that can feed the UX.

The idea is that we can count with a developer that can build this in an excellent way and that has a very clean code, we are not going only to see the visual side but the code side too, we want that the code that the developer bring to us can be escalated in next steps of the development.

On the other hand, we want to develop this without a back end, so the idea is to build all with local data in this stage of the development, but we have to be able to see all the functionalities as they will be connected to a back end that we are goignt o provide in a next step.
