Data & Zoho Analytics Developer (Zoho Analytics, Supabase, ETL) – Digital Marketing

About the role

You will be the go‑to owner for our marketing data stack , connecting ad platforms, CRM, and product data into reliable pipelines, models, and dashboards that the growth team uses every single day to make decisions.

If you enjoy turning messy campaign data into clear, actionable insights and love tools like Zoho Analytics, PostgreSQL/Supabase, and APIs, this role is built for you.

What you'll do (day‑to‑day)

Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines that pull data from ad platforms, analytics tools, and CRMs into a clean, usable warehouse.

​

Integrate data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM systems into unified schemas for reporting and modeling.

​

Build advanced dashboards and self‑service reports in Zoho Analytics that the marketing team actually uses to run campaigns and experiments.

​

Own and optimize our Supabase (PostgreSQL) databases, including table design, indexing, and performance tuning.

​

Write robust SQL (queries, views, materialized views) and data models focused on marketing and growth insights.

​

Automate recurring reporting around CPL, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and funnel conversion rates so stakeholders always have up‑to‑date numbers.

​

Implement and improve attribution tracking (UTMs, multi‑touch logic, funnel tracking) across channels and tools.

​

Set up data quality checks, reconciliation logic, and alerting so we can trust the numbers across platforms.

​

Partner closely with performance marketers, growth, and founders to translate their questions into data products, dashboards, and analyses.

​

Must‑have experience

Use this as a quick checklist before you apply:

3+ years in a Zoho Analytics, BI Developer, or Data Engineer‑style role, preferably supporting marketing or growth teams.

​

Strong, hands‑on experience building reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics (datasets, joins, formulas, schedule refresh, sharing).

​

Solid experience managing Supabase or PostgreSQL databases in production (schema design, optimization, permissions).

​

Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data warehousing, and building reliable data pipelines.

​

Advanced SQL skills:

complex joins, window functions, CTEs, aggregation for analytics use cases.

​

Experience integrating with marketing APIs (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, CRM APIs).

​

Deep understanding of core digital marketing KPIs: ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, and funnel conversion metrics.

​

Nice‑to‑have (but not required)

Experience in a startup or fast‑paced digital marketing agency environment.

​

Experience with Python or for custom ETL jobs and API integrations.

​

Experience with attribution tools or building your own attribution logic (first‑touch, last‑touch, multi‑touch).

​

Comfort designing tracking plans and ensuring consistent UTM and event tracking across tools.
