Cybersecurity Officer

We are a digital asset and tokenization platform currently completing regulatory licensing and preparing for launch.

As we move into the final stage of licensing and platform readiness, we are looking to bring on a Cybersecurity Officer or Information Security Lead to support the platform's security framework and ongoing operations.

This role will initially focus on helping us formalize our cybersecurity structure, policies, and oversight as part of the licensing process.

As the platform moves into operational phase, the role will transition into an ongoing security oversight position responsible for maintaining and improving the platform's security posture.

Responsibilities

• Help establish and document the cybersecurity framework for the platform
• Review platform architecture and integrations with third party providers (custody, KYC, tokenization infrastructure)
• Provide oversight and recommendations on security controls and best practices
• Assist with regulatory and compliance related security requirements
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and incident response planning
• Monitor and advise on system security as the platform becomes operational

Technical Environment

The platform integrates with several established infrastructure providers including:

• Tokenization infrastructure
• KYC and identity verification providers
• Digital asset custody infrastructure
• API based integrations across services

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security architecture
• Experience working with fintech, blockchain, or digital asset platforms is highly preferred
• Familiarity with security governance, incident response, and compliance frameworks
• Ability to work with engineering teams and external infrastructure providers
• Strong documentation and policy development skills

Regulatory Requirements

As this role will be associated with a regulated platform, the selected candidate must be willing to provide a professional CV outlining relevant experience and qualifications.

The individual must also be willing to provide identification documentation if required for regulatory submission as part of the platform's compliance and licensing process.

Project Stage

We are currently in the final stage of regulatory approval. The initial work will focus on establishing and documenting the security oversight role and reviewing the platform structure. As the platform launches, the role will expand into ongoing security supervision and governance.

This position can begin as a part time or advisory engagement and expand as the platform becomes operational.
