Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Linux Server Administrator with strong cPanel/WHM, SSH, and email server skills to manage multiple dedicated servers hosting client ecommerce stores.
This is a long-term role on a fixed monthly price.

- Web stack support (Apache/Nginx/LiteSpeed, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB)
- Email server management & deliverability (Exim/Postfix, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, queue issues, blacklists)
- Security basics: patching, firewall (CSF), bruteforce protection, malware cleanup when needed
- Backups, restores, and practical disaster recovery support
- Clear reporting after incidents: what happened, what was changed, how to prevent repeats
Required experience
- Strong Linux CLI/SSH administration and troubleshooting
- Solid cPanel/WHM experience (accounts, DNS, SSL, migrations, service management)
- Understanding of performance tuning and logbased troubleshooting
- Proven experience with email server troubleshooting and deliverability
Availability expectations (important)
- You must be reachable and able to respond quickly when there's an outage or urgent issue
- Please include your time zone, typical response time, and any "off hours" you're not available
Contract / pricing
- Fixed monthly fee (please propose your monthly rate)
- This includes routine monitoring/proactive maintenance and reasonable daytoday admin
- If you offer an optional addon for major migrations or large oneoff projects, mention it
To apply, please include
1) кратko: your experience managing cPanel dedicated servers (how many / what scale)
2) how you handle incident response (first checks when a server is slow/down)
3) Write in the beginning of your reply "Hello Jolly" so I know you have read the job descriptio.
4) email deliverability experience (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, queues, blacklists)
5) proposed monthly fixed price + your expected response time
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 10 hours per week.
