Job Description
Looking for an experienced C# / .NET Core developer to build and enhance a small-scale backend API system. You will work on developing RESTful APIs, optimizing SQL Server queries, and ensuring secure, maintainable code. The project includes backend feature development, database integration, and debugging performance issues. Ideal for a developer who can deliver a production-ready solution efficiently within a limited budget.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core
Develop backend features with C# / .NET Core (SOLID, clean architecture)
Write and optimize SQL Server queries and procedures
Implement basic authentication/authorization (JWT or role-based)
Debug issues and ensure code quality
Required Skills
C# / .NET Core / .NET 6+
ASP.NET Core Web API
SQL Server (queries, procedures, indexes)
Entity Framework Core / Dapper
Git (branching, PRs)
Optional / Nice to Have:
Azure App Service / Azure SQL
Basic experience with microservices or SaaS
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
