Build Specification – SharePoint Procurement Asset Register and Power BI Dashboard

I'm looking for an experienced SharePoint Online and Power BI specialist to build a structured contract and supplier register, with a connected Power BI dashboard.

Scope includes:

• Create SharePoint Online List with grouped columns covering contract governance, financial tracking, life cycle, and bench marking

Configure calculated columns including:

• Termination Hard-Stop (End Date minus Notice Period)
• Synergy Gap (Annual Cost minus Benchmark Cost)
• Ensure correct column types (Currency GBP, Date Only, Choice fields)

Power BI scope:

• Connect Power BI directly to SharePoint Online List

Build executive dashboard showing:

• Total spend
• Savings identified and realised
• Contract risk and renewal exposure
• Benchmark comparisons

Requirements

• Strong experience with SharePoint Online Lists
• Strong experience with Power BI dashboards and data modelling
• Ability to build clean, structured, scalable solution

Please share examples of similar work and estimated hours.

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
