Background Location Tracking Expert for Android

We're currently working on a child security app that's already in production, and we've hit a specific roadblock on Android.

Our background location tracking keeps stopping shortly after the app gets killed or swiped away by the user.

We're looking to bring someone on to help us set this up so that the tracking stays reliable and alive, even when the app is completely closed.

Contract duration of less than 1 month.
