Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a disciplined, proactive Angular Developer to join our remote international team. We are building a high-performance Real Estate Tech SaaS application and operate on a "Work Hard, Play Hard" model.

As a founder, I am heavily involved in the technical direction.

We don't just want someone who "makes it work"—we want someone who understands Component-Based Architecture, writes clean, modular code, and treats every Pull Request as a piece of craftsmanship.

The Workflow:

Precision & "Go-Getter" Attitude

We believe in Atomic Commits and Scoped PRs.

Keep it Scoped:

Your PRs should be tightly related to the task. Do not touch files outside the scope of your ticket unless necessary.

The "Leave it Better" Rule:

While we value scope, we love "go-getters." If you spot a "broken window"—a typo, a padding misalignment, a hard-coded color, or a quick 15-minute bug fix—fix it.

We value developers who take pride in the entire product, not just their assigned ticket.

Delivery Cadence:

Full-time: 1 PR every other day

Part-time:

1+ PR per week.

The Demo:

Every completed task requires a 3–10 minute Loom/video demo for the Product Owner and Tech Lead. This is where you explain your technical choices and show the feature in action.

The Technical Stack & Expectations

Front End:

Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, SCSS/HTML5.

Back End (Bonus Only): ASP.NET MVC (C#).

Note:

You do not need to be a full-stack developer, and C# experience is strictly optional.

If you can read the back end to understand data structures or trace minor logic, you will be a top-tier candidate, but your role is focused entirely on the front end.

AI-Augmented Dev:

We use GitHub Co-Pilot and CodeRabbit. You are expected to treat AI suggestions as a teammate—review them, don't ignore them. No "lazy" ChatGPT-generated code blocks; we review line-by-line.

Quality Control: 3-check PR process.

No "rubber stamping." We look for Code Smells, DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) violations, strict Separation of Concerns, and clean reactive programming (RxJS).

Requirements

3+ years Angular experience. You should be comfortable with RxJS, Dependency Injection, and Component Architecture.

Strong UI/UX Eye:

You notice when a margin is off by 2px and you care enough to fix it.

Communication:

Highly responsive on Teams and organized in Jira.

Ownership:

You act like a stakeholder, not just a contractor.

Hiring Process & Trial Phase

Round 1:

Initial screening with our Project Manager.

Round 2:

Technical & Culture Fit with the CEO and a Mid/Senior Developer.

Round 3:

Deep Technical Dive with our Technical Lead, and the CEO.

Paid Trial Phase:

To ensure we are a strong culture fit, candidates who pass all 3 rounds will move into a paid trial.

We are flexible on the structure:

we can collaborate on a large milestone-based project, work together for 10 hours/week for 2 months, or do 20 hours/week for 1 month.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.

Mandatory skills:

JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, HTML, Web Application, CSS
