Job Description
PROJECT OVERVIEW
I am looking for a n8n developer to architect and build a production-grade AI-powered real estate lead qualification and booking system from the ground up.
This is not a prototype upgrade.
This is a clean architecture, production-first build.
The system will:
- Ingest leads from Instagram DM (Meta webhook)
- Ingest Zillow leads via form/webhook
- Store structured listings + CRM data
- Run multi-turn AI conversations using BANT-R qualification
- Persist chat memory in a database
- Score leads automatically
- Trigger Calendly bookings for qualified prospects
- Provide a live admin dashboard
- Include full security guardrails
- Be production-ready, documented, and scalable
You will design the workflow architecture, data model, memory handling, security, and dashboard system.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills:
n8n, retool, superbase, Artificial Intelligence, OpenAI API, AI Agent Development, PostgreSQL
