Job Description
The Opportunity
We are a company based in Dubai applying AI to solve real, high-stakes problems inside hospitals and clinics across the UAE and GCC - to recover lost revenue, reduce operational inefficiency and build AI-powered performance.
We are looking for one sharp AI developer to build with us - starting on a project basis, growing into a long-term partnership as we scale.
What You Will Build
First products in scope:
- Voice AI Agents - patient intake, appointment scheduling, prior authorisation follow-up using Vapi or Retell AI
- AI Clinical Scribe - real-time transcription and structured note generation using Whisper + GPT-4
- Denial Management Automation - AI agents that identify, categorise and draft responses to insurance claim denials
- RCM Intelligence Dashboard - predictive analytics for revenue cycle performance built on Power BI or similar
What We Need From You
Must Have
- Python - strong working knowledge
- LLM frameworks - LangChain, LlamaIndex or equivalent
- API integration - connecting AI to real systems
- Voice AI - Vapi, Retell AI or ElevenLabs experience
- Transcription/scribing - Whisper, AssemblyAI or Deepgram
- Prompt engineering - getting reliable, structured outputs from LLMs
- Deployed products in your portfolio - not just academic or demo projects
Good to Have
- Healthcare tech exposure - HL7, FHIR, EMR/PMS integration
- FastAPI or Flask for backend deployment
- WhatsApp Business API integration
- Arabic language AI experience
