Full-Stack & React Native Developer — Tech Support + App Development

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, well-rounded developer who can hit the ground running with tech support on a live app and grow with us as we build new products from scratch.

This is a long-term engagement. We value someone who is proactive, communicates clearly, and takes ownership — not just someone who closes tickets.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Phase - Immediate

• Handle tech support issues on our currently live application
• Diagnose and resolve bugs across frontend, backend, and mobile layers
• Communicate clearly with nontechnical stakeholders about issues and fixes
• Keep the app stable, performant, and users happy

Phase - Near Future

• Build new apps from scratch — full cycle, from architecture to deployment
• Publish and manage apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Own the entire delivery pipeline endtoend

REQUIRED SKILLS

Full-Stack Development

• Strong proficiency in React and React Native
• Solid backend skills , APIs, databases)
• Comfortable working across the whole stack

Mobile

• Experience shipping apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Familiar with submission processes, versioning, build configs, and release management

AI-Assisted Development — MANDATORY

• Handson experience with Claude Code and/or Cursor
• You must be actively using AI coding tools in your workflow — this is not optional
• Bonus: familiarity with prompt engineering for development tasks

• Are comfortable jumping into existing codebases quickly

• Communicate proactively and flag issues early
• Have shipped real apps that real users use

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Firebase, Supabase, or similar BaaS platforms
• TypeScript proficiency
• Prior freelance or startup experience

• A quick intro about yourself — who you are, your background, how you work
• A walkthrough of something you've recently been working on — show us the actual project, not just talk about it
• A live look at your Cursor or Claude Code setup — open it up, show us a real project you've used it on, and walk us through how you use it daytoday

No Loom video = no review. This is how we get a real sense of who you are before any call.
