Advanced Automation Specialist Needed for Complex Multi-Step Workflow

We are looking for an experienced (formerly Integromat) automation expert to build a multi-layered workflow that connects several platforms and automates our internal operations.

This is not a basic automation.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable designing advanced scenarios involving conditional logic, data transformation, routing, error handling, scheduling, and multi-step processing.

Project Overview:

We need to build a dynamic automation system that:

• Collects data
• Processes and validates the data based on specific conditions
• Performs structured data mapping and formatting
• Routes information dynamically depending on logic rules
• Handles exceptions and error paths intelligently
• Updates different systems in real time
• Generates notifications and logs activities

Includes fail-safe mechanisms and retry strategies

The workflow must be scalable, well-structured, and optimized for performance. Clean documentation of the automation structure will be required upon completion.

Contract duration of less than 1 month.
