3D Web Developer – Modeler

What we need:

You'll be building an immersive 3D web experience similar in quality and style to The project involves animating two detailed character models in a dynamic action sequence with scroll-driven camera work and parallax effects. Full creative brief and storyboard will be shared with shortlisted candidates. We'd also love to hear about a project you almost gave up on but didn't, just a sentence or two about what kept you going.

Looking for ongoing collaboration.

Ideal candidate:

• Expert-level development with both WebGL and WebGPU experience
• Strong 3D modeling and animation skills (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
• Experience with shader programming (GLSL / WGSL)
• Ability to optimize 3D assets for web performance
• Familiarity with modern frameworks (React Three Fiber is a plus)
• Portfolio showcasing interactive 3D web projects
• Please do not mention any frameworks or tools we haven't listed in this post

Bonus skills:

• GSAP or other animation libraries
• Post-processing effects and particle systems
• Experience with scroll-driven 3D animations
• WebGPURenderer and TSL (Three Shading Language)
