2. Draft 5 frequently asked questions (FAQs) customers may ask a beauty or permanent makeup studio.

Provide 1 simple recommendation on how Freda Ink Studio can improve customer support efficiency (for example:
using live chat, better booking responses, etc.).
Deliverables:
- 3 response templates
- 5 FAQs with answers
- 1 short improvement suggestion
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
