Marketing & Communications Coordinator

FreeBalance is seeking a communications professional to help manage its global marketing and communications department. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast‑moving and dynamic environment and is ready to work closely with distributed global, regional and local teams to prepare customer‑centric content.

Main Responsibilities

Work with the corporate marketing team to ensure core messaging and positioning Create regional and local sales and marketing collateral (overviews, case studies, whitepapers, etc.) Ensure consistent and proper use of the FreeBalance brand and related assets throughout the region Brand messaging and media relations Analyze marketing and promotional needs, and design and implement marketing communications strategies that support objectives Draft marketing communications, including promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, or brochures Internal communications strategy Event coordination Qualifications Post‑secondary/university degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing or marketing communications (content creation, product marketing, sales support, messaging, positioning, etc.) Exceptional verbal and oral communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel internationally We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
