Position Overview:
Are you a strategic digital marketing professional with deep expertise in email automation and data-driven decision-making? Do you thrive at the intersection of execution, analytics, and optimization across digital channels? The Seller Engagement Digital, Insights, and Events team is seeking a Digital Marketing & Email Automation Professional to execute our day-to-day email automation operations while elevating how we use data and insights to drive performance across email and web channels.
This is a high-impact role for a hands-on marketer who combines strong technical experience in email automation platforms with deep analytical skill and a strategic mindset. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in email execution, maintaining a healthy and effective email ecosystem, and translating performance data into actionable insights that inform broader digital marketing strategy.

Your Impact:
In this role, you will serve as both a strategic partner and execution leader for our digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on email automation and performance analytics. You will ensure the effective operation, optimization, and evolution of our email programs while supporting broader digital initiatives across email and web. Your responsibilities will include:
Email Automation Strategy & Execution
- Own day-to-day email automation operations, including building email content, developing and maintaining target audiences, scheduling sends, and ensuring timely, accurate execution within the email automation platform (Eloqua).
- Partner with marketing and communications stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective email strategies, journeys, and campaigns.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated programs to support ongoing communications, lifecycle messaging, and campaign scalability.
Email Data Management & Optimization
- Maintain the overall health and cleanliness of the email automation database through regular review of performance, segmentation logic, and audience criteria.
- Monitor deliverability, engagement trends, and audience behavior to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Establish and refine best practices, documentation, and governance related to email automation workflows and data usage.
Analytics, Insights & Reporting
- Serve as the analytics expert for digital marketing channels, with a strong focus on email and website performance.
- Pull, analyze, and interpret performance data from email and other digital channels to derive actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Excel to visualize trends, performance, and outcomes for stakeholders.
- Use insights to inform optimization recommendations, strategic planning, and future campaign approaches.
Web & Cross-Channel Digital Support
- Execute web content updates by coordinating with the Corporate Development team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate across digital, marketing, communications, and technology teams to ensure integrated execution across email and web touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with significant hands-on experience in email automation.
- Strong experience using email automation platforms, particularly Eloqua or equivalent platform, including audience building, automation, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building dashboards and visualizing performance data.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Experience supporting or executing web content updates in partnership with development teams.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce and Wrike preferred).

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $75,000 - $113,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
