Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Inbound Sales Executive to manage incoming leads generated through Meta Ads campaigns.
All leads are inbound and received via WhatsApp. Your primary responsibility is to engage with these leads, understand their requirements, qualify them, and schedule a Google Meet call with the founder for final conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound WhatsApp leads
- Initiate calls and conversations with interested prospects
- Understand client requirements related to website development
- Explain basic service offerings and pricing range
- Qualify leads based on seriousness and budget
- Schedule Google Meet calls for final discussion
- Follow up with leads who have not yet booked a call
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confidence in speaking with new people daily
- Basic understanding of websites or digital services (preferred)
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently
- Self-disciplined and responsible in a remote work environment
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Performance Target: 10 qualified meetings per month
- Incentive: ₹1,000 for each additional deal closed beyond the target
