Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to building automation features including monitoring, anomaly detection, auto-remediation, and self-healing capabilities.
• Support the operation, monitoring, and optimization of the Managed Kubernetes Engine platform.
• Develop tools, scripts, or workflow automation to reduce manual operations.
• Contribute to backend development (preferably in Golang) for internal platform modules.
• Explore and work with open-source projects within the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Perform basic incident analysis and collaborate with senior engineers for troubleshooting.
• Research emerging cloud-native technologies and propose suitable solutions.

Job Requirement

Must have

• Fundamental knowledge of Kubernetes or experience working with containers and cloud-native applications.
• Basic backend programming skills (Golang is a strong advantage; Python, Java, or Node.js are also acceptable).
• Experience with automation tools such as Bash, Ansible, or Terraform is a plus.
• Basic understanding of networking, Linux, CI/CD, or observability concepts.
• Strong learning mindset with the ability to read documentation and explore new technologies independently.
• Ability to read and understand open-source code, with interest in how large-scale systems work.

Nice to have

• Experience developing or using Kubernetes controllers/operators/CRDs.
• Participation in open-source projects or an active GitHub profile demonstrating self-learning and research
• Experience deploying applications on cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or FPT Cloud.
