A global company is hiring a Senior Site Support Engineer to support critical environments such as manufacturing, R&D, commercial teams and training centers. You will act as the local IT backbone while collaborating with international IT teams on infrastructure and application projects. &## ;

Your Mission - Own on-site and remote IT support (hardware, software, network, printers, telephony) - Install, configure and maintain PCs, OS and standard applications - Manage incidents and service requests via ticketing system - Support servers and network deployments with global IT - Participate in application rollouts, testing, validation and IT projects &## ;

What You Bring -Degreeor technical education in IT or related field - 5+ years in 2nd Level / Site Support - Strong troubleshooting across end-user and infrastructure - Solid experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI) - Strong communication and coordination skills - Fluent English (mandatory) Bonus - Experience in medical, manufacturing or R&D environments - SharePoint administration - Power Platform or scripting skills Important Only candidates already based in Italy or Spain No relocation package No visa sponsorship &## ;
