Job Summary
Location - Lloydminster, AB
Responsibilities and Duties
- Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations
- Knowledge of plans and specifications relating to all aspects of Electrical/FA/LV/Systems/Lighting/etc. installations for the entire project
- Responsible for the Safety and Field Labor on Project assigned
- Review individual crew daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for compliance. Attend weekly crew safety meeting to make sure all employees are engaged in conversation
- Lead by example in a professional workmanlike manor, role model for crew, challenge all employees to achieve excellence
- Ensure all work installed meets CEC, provincial, federal, or any other codes that apply to the project jurisdiction
- Review and plan appropriate equipment and materials for projects
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have experience in Commercial Projects.
- Education Requirement: Construction Electrician Journeyman - Completion of the Apprenticeship program & Red Seal
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
