We're expanding our team!
Looking for a detail-oriented, creative Social Media Manager to partly or fully own the full client lifecycle - from scripting, strategy to analytics and community management, understands scale, moves with trends, and creates content that actually hits.
What you'll own
- Monthly content strategy, calendar planning, and client approvals
- Trends research
- Writing copy, briefing designers, and coordinating video content
- Scheduling, publishing, and quality-checking all posts across platforms
- Community management - monitoring mentions, comment replies
- Monthly analytics reporting and client review calls
You're a fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts
- Are fluent in platform analytics
- Can communicate clearly with clients and manage expectations
- Are organized, and proactive
- Agency experience is a plus
- Have full-time availability
Requirements
- Not an social media agency
- You're an A player who's built successful pages before
- Proven track record of creating viral content
- Comfortable writing scripts for video content (Reels, TikToks, long-form)
- You have a pulse on culture - Gen Z internet fluency
- Works with large pages and understands what that demands
- No AI-generated content - your creativity is the job
- PST availability preferred
