As a Key Account Manager/Senior Key Account Manager at foundit, your role involves reporting to the Sales Manager and being responsible for client acquisition, business development, revenue generation, and reports generation.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Selling Monster's online solutions to Placement Agencies, Consulting Firms, SMEs, and Corporate Clients.
- Identifying & analyzing the client's requirements and proposing customized solutions for talent acquisition/branding needs.
- Mapping the requirements of the clients and providing them the best solution to meet their recruitment/branding needs effectively.
- Interacting with senior management in the client organizations and presenting Monster's products & services.
- Managing complex sales situations and acquiring clients based on value-based selling.
- Following the complete sales cycle and ensuring payment collection.
- Conducting sales analysis, usage review, and planning vis--vis product analysis on a Quarterly basis.
- Closely monitoring competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies.
- Achieving sales objectives and revenues by selling, up-selling, and cross-selling varied offerings including branding options.
- Implementing sales management strategies to drive both volume and value business.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- Must be a graduate.
- Should have 1-7 years of B2B field sales experience with hands-on experience of the entire sales cycle.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Zeal for making a career in sales.
- Internet savvy with basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Preferable industries include IT, HR Space/Consulting, Media, Solution Selling, Consultants, BFSI, Telecom, Dot Com, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Should be a Team player who can integrate well with the sales team.
- An aggressive personality, driven by performance, would be a good fit for this role.
