Role – Business Development Manager ( Inside Sales - Individual Contributor)

Process – SEA inside Sales Process

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interacting with potential Corporate and HR Companies to provide end-to-end Talent Platform / Online Recruitment Solutions through Inside Sales in the assigned Country of India / ME / SEA Region.
  • Identifying Key stake holders from the Talent Acquisition / HR team with responsibility to fulfill the hiring needs of the organization. Should be comfortable in interacting with CHRO / CXO / CFO level professionals.
  • Suspecting & Prospecting leads through Cold / Warm Calling methods and good Business email communication methods.
  • Understanding and assessing client requirements, sharing proposals / Presentation, and customizing solutions as per the client needs.
  • Develop & Execute business plans to achieve Monthly Revenue Goals by nurturing the accounts and take complete responsibility from identifying to closing the deal, basically manage the complete Sales cycle .
  • Sales management to drive New Acquisitions by acquiring more clients and closing the deal basis the full potential of the accou
  • Close monitoring of competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies. Constantly acquire industry related knowledge related to HR Hiring Trends, Emerging Markets, and competition.

Requirements

  • Must have completed graduation.
  • Should have at least 12 to 24 months of B2B corporate outbound sales experience in Inside Sales / Telesales environm
  • Must have strong interpersonal, Networking, Verbal, and written communication Skills.
  • Adequate experience of handling and successfully closing sales deals (complete sales cycle)
  • Should be a Team player who can integrate with the sales team.
  • An aggressive and assertive personality, driven by performance, would be a good fit for this role.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and driving results with minimal supervision.
