2yrs & above (exp in chat/ email support) 22k take home per month (NOT NEGOTIABLE)

• Education: +2 / Higher secondary & above
• Good spoken skill in English is required

• Identify, document, and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring each issue is tracked from initial contact to a confirmed solution.
