Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing and supervising the execution of external audit engagements for various clients. You should be capable of handling large and medium scale multi-location assignments. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying business development opportunities and expanding the client base. Your ability to prioritize, handle multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity will be crucial. It is important to have a good understanding of the firm's Quality and Risk Management procedures. You will lead and motivate a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality work. Furthermore, you will assist in the career development of team members and collaborate with other managers to deploy the audit staff effectively. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, meeting challenging client requirements, and providing exceptional service will also be part of your responsibilities. Some travel may be required for this role.

Qualification Required:

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards
• Reasonable knowledge of IFRS
• Strong knowledge of Auditing Standards including clarified ISAs
• Well-versed with statutory compliance under various laws such as income tax act, sales tax, etc.
• Experience in managing audit of listed entities
• Excellent communication skills in English (speaking and writing)
