Role
- Handle guest check-in & check-out
- Manage reservations & front desk operations
- Attend calls, emails & guest queries
- Coordinate with housekeeping & other departments
- Ensure smooth guest experience at the front office
Requirements
- Freshers can apply (ITI / JT completed – Mandatory)
- Basic English & Hindi communication (local language preferred)
- Well-groomed, polite & customer-focused
- Willing to work in shifts
