Job Description

We are a Busy and Well Established Brokerage in Vaughan looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join us.

Must have Real Estate Experience

Start Date: Immediately if possible

Hours will be alternated between: Monday - Friday 4-8pm, Saturday 9-5pm and/or Sunday 10-5pm.

General Office Duties and Attributes Include:

Must have previous Real Estate Experience

  • Filing and Labeling Documents
  • Booking Appts with Brokerbay
  • Great conflict resolution
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Punctuality
  • Answering Telephones
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Assisting Walk-ins and greeting in a professional friendly manner
  • Initiative with all office duties
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office/Microsoft Excel
  • Must have knowledge of Realm/PropTx (MLS)
  • Adding/Editing Listings to MLS
  • Drafting Offers and Offer related documents for Agents
  • Confident Assisting with paper work for Licensed Sales Representatives using Webforms
  • Keeping work station and office organized and tidy
  • Ordering of supplies
  • Corresponding with Accounting for Deal Paperwork/Deal Processing
  • Keeping communication with Colleagues and Supervisors
  • Photocopying
