Veterinary Clinic Client Service Representative

Forest Hill Animal Clinic is a modern, small animal practice located within walking distance (5 minutes) of the Cedarvale (previously Eglinton West) subway station. We are a busy 5 veterinarian practice that offers general practice appointments as well as veterinary ophthalmology appointments. We are looking for a full-time Client Service Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is able to provide exceptional client service, while maintaining an efficient flow of clients and patients through the hospital.

The CSR will be responsible for greeting clients, checking in patients, answering phones, booking appointments, taking medication and food orders, communicating with the DVMs, cashing out clients and providing an overall excellent client experience.

The ideal candidate would have both veterinary experience and Avimark software experience.

It is required to work 1-2 Saturdays a month
