Study Abroad Operations & Counselling Associate

We are looking for a highly driven individual who can manage end-to-end student journeys from counselling to application tracking.

Responsibilities

Counsel students for study abroad (countries, courses, universities)

Understand student profiles and provide tailored guidance

Manage application processes and documentation

Maintain trackers (Google Sheets / CRM) for leads and conversions

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Ensure smooth end-to-end student experience

Qualifications

Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)

Basic understanding of study abroad process (preferred, not mandatory)

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask and manage multiple students

Hunger to learn and grow in a startup environment
