FSSAI License & Registration Management

Handle end-to-end FSSAI license applications on Food Safety and Standards Authority of India portalEnsure timely renewal, modification, and tracking of licensesCoordinate with authorities for approvals and query resolution 2. Packaging & Labelling ComplianceReview product labels as per FSSAI Labelling and Packaging RegulationsEnsure mandatory declarations (ingredients, nutritional info, veg/non-veg logo, FSSAI number, etc.)Approve artworks before printing to avoid non-compliance 3. Regulatory Documentation & Audit ReadinessMaintain updated records of licenses, product approvals, and compliance documentsPrepare for internal/external audits and ensure zero non-complianceSupport documentation for new product launches (NPD team coordination) 4. Compliance Monitoring & UpdatesStay updated with new FSSAI guidelines, amendments, and notificationsImplement regulatory changes across products and packagingConduct periodic compliance checks across SKUs 5. Cross-functional CoordinationWork closely with R&D;, Quality, and Design teams for label approvalsGuide internal teams on regulatory requirements and best practicesQualificationsComprehensive knowledge of FSSAI regulations, food safety protocols, and regulatory documentation

Skills in food product formulation, recipe R&D;, and new product developmentAbility to perform quality checks, audits, and ensure compliance with industry standardsStrong research and analytical skills for interpreting regulatory changes and market trendsProficiency in written and verbal communication for creating and reviewing reports, labels, and compliance documentsExperience in cross-functional collaboration and team coordinationEducational background in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's degree)Familiarity with global food industry regulations and trends is an added advantageProven industry experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving
