Line Producer - CG

The Line Producer holds a critical role in production. He structures, communicates, leads and delivers. In line with the company standards, Line Producer implements strategies to create project-specific work flows and is committed to creating a sense of ownership among teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Producers to deliver a high-quality project, on time and on budget;
• Knows how to set up a schedule;
• Masters the art of adapting the delivery plan;
• Identifies what work can be done and at what stage;
• Develops partnerships with supervisors and department managers to ensure constant resource needs;
• Supervises the production team;
• Leads production meetings;
• Anticipates potential production problems and takes the initiative to quickly engage solutions with the team;
• Analyzes information and reports findings to the project and studio management team;
• Initiates show engagement activities;
• Manages the shows calendar;
• Ensures simple and effective communication between all stakeholders;
• Supports the producers in client communications and ensures the information flow is efficient, precise, and seamless;
• Obsesses about the accuracy of the data in the communication tool
