AI + .Net Development Team Lead

Role Overview:

As an AI + .Net Development Team Lead at FNZ, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior developers within the Analyst Developer job family. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the analyst tester to create user story definitions and acceptance criteria, designing and building APIs for integration into core FNZ products, interpreting complex financial business requirements, and ensuring the quality and robustness of the solutions developed. You will be required to stay up-to-date with industry practices and technologies, provide recommendations on new tools and methods, and resolve technical issues that impede development progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the analyst tester to create user story definitions and acceptance criteria
• Define underlying design required for delivering changes and ensure the solution is well defined and fit-for-purpose
• Provide solutions and recommendations for technical issues, ensuring they meet technical specs and design requirements
• Design and build APIs and external system interfaces for integration into core FNZ products
• Interpret complex financial business requirements and translate them into high-transactional, high-availability, secure systems
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure robust solutions that align with requirements
• Adhere to defined procedures for code management, code reviews, and security standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry practices, new technologies, and tools
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools for adoption
• Resolve technical issues that impede development progress
• Create innovative solutions by incorporating cutting-edge technology

Qualifications

• First-class bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience
• Experience in working on large-scale technology delivery projects
• Ability to take a lead role in a delivery-focused environment
• Experience working with different levels of stakeholders within a project environment
• Independent, self-directing working style
