Sr Executive -L&D

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Executive Learning & Knowledge Management to support our regions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LMS strong coordination skills, and exposure to global learning operations. Youll play a key role in managing learning programs, maintaining data accuracy, and enhancing the overall learner experience.

Job Description

• Administer and manage learning activities in LMS, including setup, user management, and reporting
• Coordinate regional and global learning programs, ensuring smooth execution
• Prepare learning reports, analyze data, and share insights with stakeholders
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and process improvements
• Partner with regional stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Learning Operations/Knowledge Management
• Proficiency in CSOD
• Global or regional exposure preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
