UI Designer (Associate, 1-3 years)

YOUR ROLE

We are building a modern, cloud-based POS platform used by restaurants, retailers, and supermarkets. Every pixel you design lands in the hands of servers during a Friday night dinner rush, cashiers closing out a till, and store owners trying to understand their business. Your work will be felt in real kitchens, on real counters, under real pressure.

Visual designer) inside a strong product team (11 team members) that ships fast. You will not be one of fifty designers polishing a single screen. You will own features end to end, push them into production alongside engineering, and see the results in the hands of live customers within 2-3 weeks.

What You Will Do

Design mobile and tablet interfaces for a multi-vertical POS product built in Flutter. Translate product requirements into clean, usable flows that work for a tired cashier at 11pm just as well as they do in a Figma walkthrough. Build and maintain component libraries that let us move quickly without sacrificing quality. Partner with engineers on implementation, review builds on real hardware, and iterate based on what actually works when a human is holding the device.

kits to accelerate delivery. You will help us evolve those into something more tailored to our product, our users, and our brand, without slowing the roadmap down.

What We Are Looking For

Strong Figma fundamentals are the baseline: component libraries, variants, auto-layout, tokens, slots, and a feel for how a design system holds together as it scales. Direct POS experience is a major plus. If you have not shipped POS specifically, we want to see comparable work on mobile or tablet products where ergonomics, one-handed use, glove-friendly targets, or high-frequency interactions mattered.

You should care about accessibility as a craft concern, not a checklist. You should be comfortable designing for touch targets, thumb zones, glare, and the kind of edge cases that only show up when a product is used forty hours a week. You should be able to explain your decisions clearly in writing, because we are a distributed team and async communication is how we move fast.
