In addition, Flowealth Academy is committed to helping clients navigate complex processes like Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) online requests. Role Description

This is an unpaid, volunteer role for an IT Support Student Recruitment Intern at Flowealth Academy. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering flexibility to support both academic and personal commitments. Responsibilities include providing technical support, assisting with the maintenance and optimization of IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating on student recruitment projects through efficient use of technology. Additionally, the intern will be encouraged to leverage their problem-solving and communication skills to enhance internal workflows and support outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Science and Information Technology principles
• Strong Technical Support abilities and problem-solving skills
• Effective Communication and collaboration capabilities
• Analytical Skills to assess and resolve technical or operational challenges
• Familiarity with software and tools related to IT and data management is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Interest in gaining experience in IT and student engagement initiatives
