Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Manager – Sales to drive revenue growth for our interior design services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and managing end-to-end sales cycles while ensuring a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, including client consultations and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design team to propose customized interior solutions
- Prepare and present design proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and generate reports
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and competitor offerings
Key Requirements
