<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at our new state-of-the-art dairy manufacturing facility in Hugoton, Kansas. This role is critical to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our plant operations. You will oversee all aspects of maintenance, including equipment repair, preventative maintenance, inventory control, and team leadership, while driving continuous improvement and supporting production goals. <li><span data-contrast="auto">Leadership & Supervision: Directly supervise maintenance technicians and ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Preventative Maintenance: Develop, implement, and manage a robust preventative maintenance (PM) program using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Troubleshooting & Repairs: Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical, electrical, and utility systems to minimize downtime and support production continuity.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Inventory & Cost Control: Manage spare parts inventory, stockroom organization, and maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Scheduling & Planning: Organize and prioritize maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to production.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Safety & Compliance: Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. <li><span data-contrast="auto">Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Dairy industry experience requires a strong understanding of dairy processing equipment and sanitation standards.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
