<p><strong>What You'll Do & Why It Matters </strong></p>
<p><strong>Own Global Planning Solutions</strong><br>Be the key IT partner for <strong>IBP and FP&A</strong>, shaping and delivering <strong>SAP IBP & EPM roadmaps</strong> that enable robust, end‑to‑end planning.</p>
<p><strong>Lead with Autonomy & Accountability</strong><br>Operate with real ownership — defining priorities, making decisions, and delivering outcomes in a lean environment with minimal bureaucracy.</p>
<p><strong>Drive Business‑Led Transformation</strong><br>Translate complex needs across <strong>Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Financial Planning</strong> into scalable, cost‑efficient IT solutions.</p>
<p><strong>Develop Teams & Manage Vendors</strong><br>Lead and mentor a high‑performing team while managing <strong>multi‑vendor / outsourced partners</strong>, holding them accountable to quality, timelines, and cost.</p>
<p><strong>Influence at Senior Level</strong><br>Partner closely with <strong>Market CFOs, FP&A leaders, Global Planning teams, and IT leadership</strong>, bringing senior presence, credibility, and strong business partnering to every engagement.</p>
