We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Delivery Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the IT Enterprise Operations Platform Lead. This mid-management senior role offers a unique opportunity to lead our global user experience initiatives, drive operational excellence, and make a significant impact on our organization's productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, negotiation & influencing, and deep process design knowledge (ITIL and IT Service Management). The candidate will lead IT Service Desk and ITAM capability/practice in this role.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
To be successful in this role you will be focusing on below areas of the IT Ops function
- Service Delivery & IT Service Desk Management: Oversee IT service delivery and manage IT Service Desk operations, ensuring they meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
- IT Asset & Performance Management: Oversee IT asset management processes and monitor the performance of IT services, identifying areas for improvement.
- Customer Satisfaction & User Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing teams, driving global user experience initiatives, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred), with 7-9 years of experience in user experience management, and experience managing sizeable budgets (>$2 million).
