Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all aspects of online training programs, including virtual classroom setup, instructor assignments, and participant enrollment.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and other online learning platforms, ensuring course materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Provide technical support and guidance to online learners and instructors, troubleshooting issues related to platform access, course content, and virtual tools.
- Develop and distribute pre-training communications, instructions, and post-training surveys to gather feedback and measure program effectiveness.
- Monitor participant engagement and completion rates, generating reports and insights to inform continuous improvement of online programs.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and an engaging learner experience.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the creation and formatting of online learning materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules.
- Stay current with best practices in online learning technologies and methodologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance program delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training coordination or administrative role, with a focus on online learning.
