They are seeking a Junior Hosting Operations Engineer to support production environments and help deliver reliable services to their global client base. Responsibilities
- Help deploy, manage, and monitor client infrastructure and internal tools
- Work closely with the Operations Lead to implement infrastructure-as-code changes
- Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and contribute to maintaining 24/7 uptime
- Use a ticketing system (like Jira) to manage issues and keep task statuses up to date
- Spot issues in processes or documentation — and help make them better

- Some experience in a technical support or service desk role
- Familiar with ticketing platforms like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
- A proactive, process-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Clear and confident English communication skills
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Linux, or infrastructure monitoring tools
- AWS services like EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, or CloudFormation
- DevOps, cybersecurity, or log monitoring tools like Sumo Logic or Splunk
