As a FLEX attorney, you will have access to temporary in-house counsel opportunities with companies throughout the tech sector. Upon joining our attorney roster, we will contact you about potential engagements that fit your interests and availability, and you let us know whether you'd like us to share your bio with the company.

We are proactively recruiting attorneys with experience handling government contracts matters for several temporary needs. General responsibilities would likely include:

• providing legal support regarding federal, state, and local government contracts
• supporting the business team on sales opportunities and contract administration post-award
• drafting and negotiating agreements with prime contractors, government agencies, and other strategic partners
• advising executives on strategic initiatives and guiding junior attorneys on escalations

Attorneys with significant employment experience with government and/or defense contractors, particularly companies in the telecom, robotics, or aerospace industries, are encouraged to apply. We will contact you if your experience is a good fit for our client needs.
