<p>FleishmanHillard’s Washington office is seeking an experienced and strategic communications leader to join the firm’s Corporate Reputation practice as a Senior Vice President, Executive Impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the presence, influence and reputations of senior executives at leading global organizations operating at the intersection of business, politics, and policy.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate brings deep experience advising C-suite leaders in high-stakes environments, with a strong track record of developing executive positioning strategies that drive visibility, credibility and measurable business impact. This leader understands how to translate complex corporate priorities into compelling narratives that resonate with key stakeholders—from policymakers and media to investors, employees and partners.</p>
<p>In this role, you will serve as a trusted counselor to senior executives, designing and executing integrated visibility strategies that elevate leadership profiles, strengthen corporate reputation and advance business objectives. Clients will rely on you for sharp strategic insight, real-time counsel, and innovative ideas that position their leadership in moments that matter, from thought leadership platforms and speaking opportunities to media engagement and issues response. </p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to CEOs and C-suite leaders, providing counsel on executive positioning, visibility and reputation.<br>• Design and lead integrated executive visibility strategies that align with corporate priorities and drive influence across key audiences.<br>• Identify and secure high-impact opportunities for executive engagement, including top-tier media, speaking platforms, industry forums and owned channels.<br>• Shape compelling executive narratives, messaging platforms and thought leadership content that differentiate leaders and reinforce corporate reputation.<br>• Provide real-time counsel during high-stakes moments, including issues, crises and rapid-response scenarios, ensuring executives show up with clarity and authority.<br>• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier business, policy and industry media, as well as conference organizers and influencers.<br>• Lead and mentor high-performing teams, ensuring excellence in execution and client service.<br>• Oversee development of high-quality, client-ready materials including speeches, op-eds, LinkedIn content, briefing documents and executive talking points.<br>• Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities to expand executive visibility offerings and deepen client relationships.<br>• Support new business development efforts, particularly those centered on executive positioning and corporate reputation.</p>
<p><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>• 15+ years of experience in communications, with significant focus on corporate reputation, executive positioning or CEO communications within an agency or in-house environment.<br>• Proven experience advising senior executives and operating as a trusted counselor in complex, high-visibility environments.<br>• Demonstrated success in building executive thought leadership platforms and securing top-tier media and speaking opportunities.<br>• Strong understanding of the business, policy and media landscape, with the ability to connect corporate strategy to external narratives.<br>• Exceptional storytelling and message development skills, with experience crafting speeches, op-eds and executive content.<br>• Established relationships with top-tier business and policy media, as well as conference and event ecosystems.<br>• Experience managing integrated communications programs across earned, owned and paid channels.<br>• Strong leadership, team management and mentoring capabilities.<br>• Ability to operate with agility, sound judgment and discretion in fast-paced, high-stakes situations.<br>• Experience contributing to business development and driving organic growth.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism or a related field.</p>

<p>The anticipated U.S. salary range for the Senior Vice President level is $110,000-$225,000.</p>
<p>Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and/or other benefits also are available. </p>
