Problem resolution, mapping Five9 products to the vision and demonstrating products as proof of vision are required capabilities; RFI/RFP responses; support management with thorough and timely submission of requested feedback and reports; advise and assist other Five9 employees/partners in closing business deals; participate in trade shows and other marketing activities; remain current with industry trends/competitive knowledge work with the team members. Required to maintain a high proficiency with Five9 products and improve skills with related products. Additionally, advise and assist the SC team to sell and support Five9 value to our partners and customers; and develop materials that aid partners understanding.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the existing ISV partners during discovery, integration &amp; the accreditation process.</li> <li>Support the existing BD product process, including and not limited to long term assignment and support of specific BD partners.&nbsp;</li> <li>Help identify partners who should be on Five9 paper as Select ISV Partners.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Help with certification, accreditation &amp; documentation of ISV and Select ISV Partners Products.</li> <li>Support Global System Integrators with all technical topics which can include general questions, vertical demo builds, CRM integrations &amp; the “art of the possible” capabilities.</li> <li>Review &amp; update ISV documentation for Five9 implementation services for deployments, technical documentations, sales documentation &amp; Select ISV partner preview documentation.</li> <li>Provide escalation point for ISV partners with their integration with Five9.</li> <li>Help coordinate updates of SI/ISV/BD partner integrations within the following groups:</li> <ul> <li>Sales</li> <li>Product Management</li> <li>Customer Support</li> </ul> <li>Liaison between ISV/Select/BD partner and Product Management on improvements/Feature Requests.</li> <li>Define Select ISV joint solution demos:</li> <ul> <li>Conduct trainings with the SI/ISV/BD partner SCs to demonstrate the joint solution.</li> <li>Formalize accreditations</li> </ul> <li>Provide support to Partners on Custom Solutions and escalation points to PS.</li> <li>Help define which Custom Solutions can be extended to partners and help define GTM strategies of these products.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Supporting partners with API’s and API documentation.</li> <li>Enabling field SCs with technical enablement of partners.</li> <li>Define technical swim lanes between existing Five9 product and third-party vendors.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Help standardize technical trainings and certifications of Five9 partners on how to use Five9 APIs.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Candidates should have prior experience as in a Contact Center environment and have deep technical understanding of Contact Center functionality</li> <li>Years of experience: 10+ Years Technology or Product preferred</li> <li>Extensive on-site and web-based presentation experience and skills</li> <li>Outstanding written, pictural, and oral presentation skills</li> <li>The ability to foster effective relationships</li> <li>Proven record of successful demonstrations and presentations to close deals</li> <li>Technical aptitude and a high degree of self-motivation to learn new technologies, including building live presentation environments and proof of concepts for prospects and customers</li> <li>Contact Center Partner industry experience or relevant technology experience</li> <li>The ability to understand integrating and integrations to third party applications</li> <li>Ability to Travel (40-50%)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contact Center</li> <li>Customer Relationship Management (CRM)</li> <li>Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA)</li> <li>Artificial Intelligence (AI)</li> <li>Voice Network Architecture and IP Telephony</li> <li>Workforce Optimization (WFO)</li> <li>Partner Experience</li> </ul> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office.&nbsp; For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.&nbsp;</p> <hr> <p></p> <p>As part of our continued commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Five9 supports pay transparency during the entire recruitment process.&nbsp; Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including, but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
